Blessings 🥰 I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed the class. The teaching was excellent! I learned to not be so fearful of speaking in front of people and to stop second-guessing myself. This is something that the Lord has been trying to get me to see. It is good to have people in my immediate circle that will push me to keep going and not to give up.
There were many issues that were addressed in the class. I truly hate to see the class end. We need more! Some had reached a point where they needed that extra push. They were just beginning to speak. Anyway, I enjoy the class!!! Dr. Yolanda did an excellent job!!!🥰

Takeaways for Unmuzzled Mentorship
I have many takeaways from the Unmuzzled Mentorship. The first takeaway is to remember that God has given me purpose in His Kingdom Assignment. I am reminded that I have a voice full of power and it is my responsibility to use it.
I am also taking away confidence to walk in my purpose without second guessing myself. As I am consistently learning more about the woman I am becoming, I am releasing fears of the past hurts I have experienced and allowing them to strengthen me through daily prayer and affirmation. My mindset of the What ifs and what people will think of me, has shifted. I am empowered to pursue my goals in my career and ministry.
I have understood that God has given me platforms and resources to use my voice and other gifts to draw others to Him. In this I also realize I am not for everyone and that is okay. I will reach those who I intend to reach. I will not be silenced by the opinions or rejection of others. My assignment and my commitment are to God and His guidance and approval is the only one that I am seeking.
I am learning to handle myself with grace. I don’t have to hold my own past against me. I can forgive myself and others. I can ask for help when I need it. I can push myself to learn and keep growing. I am no longer afraid of not getting everything right on the first try. I am focused on simply fulfilling my assignment one step at a time. I don’t have to compare my process with anyone else. I am not competing with anyone for what God has already promised me.
Unmuzzled has allow me to connect with women who have similar background. Together we can encourage and empower each other on our journey. Hearing their stories of what has muzzled them has shown me that I am not alone. We have all faced things that have silenced us for a time. Now collectively and individually we can remove those muzzles and be who we are called to be in Christ. We are strong and resilient. We have the power to conquer anything.
The largest takeaway, Unmuzzled has reignited a fire inside of me. I am excited for the future ahead and truly unmuzzled for life. I am looking forward to the things God is about to do in our lives, careers, and ministries. I can’t wait to see how we all flourish.

During the six weeks journey for my Purpose Being Unmuzzled was Awesome. I was able to begin to get to the root of what has been keeping me muzzled for many years. Dr. Yolanda Gray Sherman engaged with great presentations and assignments that allowed me to speak and go back to that place of what I had been dealing with from the womb. Dr, Sherman made me realize what I carry as women of the Kingdom, despite the trials and tribulations I have encountered throughout my life journey. The class was a wonderful experience where judgement didn't take place. Now that my mouth has been unmuzzled I have been seeking God even the more for the strategies on how and when he wants me to tap into my purpose. I have begun to work on the visions that were placed in me a long time ago. No longer am I afraid. No longer is my self-esteem low. No longer will I settle. I have begun to balance my life and love and pamper me more than ever. I thank God for allowing Dr. Sherman for seeing the gifts and talents that I didn't see. In this class I wasn't overlooked like I had been in the past. I was finally heard without being picked over like a damage can good.
